Unit #117 at Hale Kai ( which means “ home by the sea”) is
comfortably decorated with tropical Hawaiian furniture and with Island
style. This unit is equipped to provide you with all the comforts of
home. Even with high speed Internet availability; imagine relaxing Maui
style, if you must bring your laptop. On this unit’s
private lanai relax with the sounds of the ocean, the trade
breezes, and gaze endlessly at the ocean(or your laptop?). Take

Go enjoy many of Maui's wonderful sights and activities. But this
unit has a history of repeat visitors whom have returned to Unit
#117. So, you will need to book ahead for Unit #117 to relax and

Our condominiums are comfortably decorated with tropical Hawaiian furniture and artwork. Each unit is
equipped to provide you with all the comforts of home, including a full
kitchen. Imagine relaxing Maui style, on your private lanai with the sounds
of the ocean to entertain you and the trade breezes to cool.

Unit #117 Rates
Nightly rate: $160 per night
Rate does not include 12.42% Hawaii Tax
Above rates are for 1-2 people. $10 per night per
additional person.
Maximum 4 people.

The Fine Print -- Please Read
• $350 (Visa or Master Card) deposit required to reserve a unit.
• Final payment due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Reservations cancelled (in writing) more than 60 days prior to arrival are
refunded $275 of the $350 deposit.
• Guests are responsible for breakage, soiling, burns, breakage and stains.
A $100 credit card authorization is placed at check-in and removed at
check-out unless damages are done by the guests.
• Reservations cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival forfeit payments
unless dates are re-booked.
• All stays under 5 nights have a one time cleaning surcharge ($95 for a 1
bedroom/1 bath, $135 for all others).
• ALL HALE KAI UNITS ARE NON SMOKING - including the lanai and balcony. A $300 min.
surcharge for violating smoking rule.
• Prices quoted are for 1-2 people in a one bedroom, 1-4 people in a two
bedroom, 1-6 people in a three bedroom. Additional people where allowed are
$10 per night per person extra. Children under six (6) months are not
charged on the extra person charges.
• Discounts offered for stays of three weeks or longer.
• Once final payment is received, refunds will only be issued if your
vacation days can be re-sold. For that reason, travel insurance is strongly
recommended.
