Unit # 119 Hale Kai.
This remodeled ground floor condo has a very modern kitchen with
black granite counter tops, a wine captain and a microwave/convection
oven.
It has a very comfortable king size bed and a lovely bamboo etched
glass shower enclosure. The etching was done by an Upcountry Maui
artist.
Throughout, you will find travertine tile floors. Not only that, but
it has a new wall mounted flat screen television in the bedroom.
There is so much luxury throughout this condo, it will be a hard
decision between going out to enjoy many of Maui's wonderful sights and
activities and just staying in to relax and enjoy all the condo has to
offer while gazing endlessly at the crystal blue green ocean right
outside your window or lanai.
Hale Kai #119 is just steps to the sand, ocean and pool. From this
oceanfront condo, you can snorkel, swim, watch turtles and even whales
during whale season. You will love what is referred to by the owners as
"The Ocean House".

Our condominiums are comfortably decorated with tropical Hawaiian furniture and artwork. Each unit is
equipped to provide you with all the comforts of home, including a full
kitchen. Imagine relaxing Maui style, on your private lanai with the sounds
of the ocean to entertain you and the trade breezes to cool.

Unit #119 Rates
| Nightly rate: $160 per night
Rate does not include 11.42% Hawaii Tax
Above rates are for 1-2 people. $10 per night per
additional person.

The Fine Print -- Please Read
• $350 (Visa or Master Card) deposit required to reserve a unit.
• Final payment due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Reservations cancelled (in writing) more than 60 days prior to arrival are
refunded $275 of the $350 deposit.
• Guests are responsible for breakage, soiling, burns, breakage and stains.
A $100 credit card authorization is placed at check-in and removed at
check-out unless damages are done by the guests.
• Reservations cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival forfeit payments
unless dates are re-booked.
• All stays under 5 nights have a one time cleaning surcharge ($95 for a 1
bedroom/1 bath, $135 for all others).
• ALL HALE KAI UNITS ARE NON SMOKING - including the lanai and balcony. A $300 min.
surcharge for violating smoking rule.
• Prices quoted are for 1-2 people in a one bedroom, 1-4 people in a two
bedroom, 1-6 people in a three bedroom. Additional people where allowed are
$10 per night per person extra. Children under six (6) months are not
charged on the extra person charges.
• Discounts offered for stays of three weeks or longer.
• Rates do not include state and local taxes which total 11.42%
• Once final payment is received, refunds will only be issued if your
vacation days can be re-sold. For that reason, travel insurance is strongly
recommended. |
